No more Journal articles added
Checked against Firefox 3 and IE8 (not fully compatible).




Jobs for the future:

Further removal of deprecated tags
Add print pages?
Add pdfs?
Variety of capitalisations/cases in titles, sections etc
Many figures also have caption within image
Many images need re-scanning or originals from authors
All images need both height and width specified to work with versions of Safari.  All other browsers automatically adjust height if width is specified, and vice versa.  Didn't realise this until just before CD production.
